The Pleasant District Association (formerly South Marion Association) is a membership, volunteer-based, not-for-profit organization that is committed to promoting the long term economic viability of the commercial and residential district bound by Harlem Avenue, South Boulevard, Home Avenue and Randolph Street.

THRIVE’s highly trained, multicultural staff accepts most major Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid. Sliding scale fees are available for Oak Park and River Forest residents. Most appointments can be scheduled within 5-7 business days.
